What to check before ordering

When checking an ISPM 15 pallet, look for a legible treatment mark and ask the supplier to confirm the applicable treatment and marking. Our supplied photos include examples bearing an IPPC symbol, GB country code, producer identifier and HT treatment code. Photographs illustrate markings but do not establish the current treatment status of another pallet or independently verify supplier authorisation. Specify moisture requirements separately if kiln drying is also needed.
