ISPM 15 Shipping Crates and Custom Pallets

What to check before ordering

For wooden crates, cases or custom skids, send a drawing showing internal dimensions, product weight, lifting points and handling requirements. Identify the destination country and the materials used in the complete assembly. Discuss treatment and marking for solid wood components. Check any separate document requirements with your freight forwarder or the destination authority before dispatch.
