What to check before ordering

ISPM 15 concerns wood packaging. Plastic pallets are an alternative to discuss with your receiver, but any solid wood components in the shipment need separate consideration. Official guidance lists plywood and raw wood 6 mm thick or less among exemptions. Check the complete assembly, including timber supports, packing pieces and dunnage, before relying on an exemption.
