What to check before ordering

For recycled pallets, confirm condition, dimensions, load suitability and treatment status before ordering. Official guidance permits reuse of undamaged and uninfested wood packaging in countries that accept ISPM 15. It also says packaging that has been repaired, remanufactured or changed must be re-treated and re-marked to maintain the standard. Check the actual pallet supplied rather than assuming all recycled pallets are suitable for export.
